Dorothy “Dori” Pearl loves her busy life, her holiday traditions, and maybe—just a little—her handsome neighbor, Malcolm. But he’s taken, and she’s not about to crush on someone else’s boyfriend. When Malcolm’s glamorous (and very wrong-for-him) girlfriend dumps him right before Christmas, Dori offers a playful solution: pretend they’re together. One night out with friends turns into a fake holiday romance complete with cozy dates, and mistletoe moments. It’s supposed to be for show.
